Frequently Asked Questions
How does token banking work?
Each month your subscription credits tokens into your bank up to your tier cap (e.g. Early Bird banks up to 100, Business up to 400). If you're already at the cap, no new tokens are added until you spend some. Top-up tokens are stored separately and have no cap or expiry.
How do I choose between AI-Enriched and SEO-Calibrated modes?
Use AI-Enriched (1 token) for everyday stamping with intelligent metadata. Use SEO-Calibrated (10 tokens) when metadata built from real search volume data matters - ideal for portfolio pieces, commercial work, or content intended for search engines and social platforms.
What are Vi messages?
Vi chat messages reset on the 1st of each month. Sending an image for Vi to analyze (Ask Vi on the stamp, view, or verify pages) costs 1 token and does not count against your monthly message allowance. Per-plan allowances are listed in the What You Get section above.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
You can upgrade your plan anytime, or purchase additional top-up bundles. Your subscription tokens will continue to bank each month regardless.
Can I downgrade or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can change your plan or cancel at any time. Your banked tokens remain in your account and top-up tokens never expire, even after cancellation.
