Image Data

When you use our stamping service, we temporarily process:

  • Image files you upload
  • Metadata you provide (creator name, copyright info, tags, etc.)
  • AI-generated metadata created during processing

Usage Information

We automatically collect:

  • Service usage patterns (stamping frequency, mode preferences)
  • Technical information (browser type, IP address, device information)
  • Error logs and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our image stamping service
  • Process your images with AI-generated metadata
  • Manage your account, tokens, and subscriptions
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Send service-related notifications (stamping status, billing updates)
  • Improve our service and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Image Storage and Retention

Temporary Processing: Images you upload are processed in real-time and temporarily stored only for the duration necessary to complete stamping and provide download access.

Automatic Deletion: Processed images are automatically deleted from our servers after a reasonable period (typically 24-48 hours). We do not permanently store your original or stamped images.

Metadata Records: We retain records of metadata you've specified (creator name, copyright info) only as necessary for service operation and audit purposes.

4. AI Training and Your Images

We respect your AI training preferences:

  • Images you upload are NOT used to train our AI models or any third-party AI systems
  • Our AI processing only analyzes your images to generate metadata tags and descriptions
  • The AI training permission you set in your metadata applies to how others may use your stamped images
  • We honor your specified AI training permissions in the embedded metadata

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service Providers

  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
  • n8n: Workflow automation for image processing

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure authentication with hashed passwords
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Access controls and monitoring
  • Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access your account information and update it at any time
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data (contact us for data export requests)
  • Opt out of marketing communications (we currently send only essential service emails)
  • Request correction of inaccurate information

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use VISID.
